Situated to the west of Herron Cottage, Gull Cottage has a one step entry on the street side and a large open deck on the lake side with steps to the yard and fishing dock.
The cottage has a full kitchen with a dining area on the street side and a sitting room and bedroom room on the lake side. There is a full bath and two closets.
The cottage is built over a crawl space.
Gull Cottage has zoned electric heat and air (motel type units). The electric hot water heater is less than a year old. The cottage recently was redone
inside with every room receiving either new paint or wall paper, all new lighting fixtures and overhead fans. The bedroom, hall and kitchen were carpeted
with Berber carpeting.
The present owners use Gull cottage for visiting family and guests. They occasionally rent it short term to friends and acquaintances.
