Flower Cottage
Flower cottage is the smallest of the three cottages with a full kitchen/sitting room, two very small bedrooms and a full bath. It has an open deck off the kitchen
looking over the lake. A small dock off the east side of Herron Cottage serves as a dock.
The cottage is rented unfurnished (except for appliances) and has had the same tenant for seven years. She is willing to continue renting.
This cottage is the only cottage that is not total electric – it has a propane furnace that is two years old. The two electric air conditioning units and the
electric hot water heater are two years old.
